Thank you for shopping at ZmShop. To ensure the highest quality and authenticity of our products, all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our central facility in Hong Kong. We partner with reliable international carriers to deliver your skincare and beauty essentials safely to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process, pack, and dispatch your order from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Note: "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimates
Since all items are shipped internationally from Hong Kong, delivery times depend on your destination:

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your international tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update as the package clears Hong Kong outbound customs.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
ZmShop ships exclusively from Hong Kong. Depending on your country's regulations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the package reaches your destination country.
ZmShop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact our support team. We will assist you in locating your package with the international carrier.
