I. Order Processing & Dispatch

Your order typically requires 1 to 3 business days for picking, quality check, and packaging. Please note this time is not included in the delivery time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and the link to monitor your parcel.

II. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Transit Time

Our shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the parcel's weight, volume, and destination, with the final cost displayed at checkout.

⚠️ Kindly Note: Transit times are estimates and do not include processing time, public holidays, or time spent in customs clearance in the destination country.

III. Customs Duties, Taxes & Clearance

[CRITICAL NOTICE] International orders may incur Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT/GST), and Customs Clearance Fees upon entry into the destination country/region.

Cost Responsibility: By default, all such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (the customer). These fees are not included in your total order payment to ZmShop. Please contact your local customs office for specific rates.

IV. Tracking & Issues

• Real-Time Tracking: You can monitor your parcel's status anytime using the link provided in your confirmation email.

• Data Lag: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to be updated in the carrier's system.

• Incorrect Address: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer service immediately within 6 hours of placing your order.
